I don't know, I find it fairly easy not to ship Strike and Robin. I'd find it so much more interesting if Robin's fiancé managed to grow as a person and stop being jealous or even if she had to break up with him (because he does seem a bit of a git) and she and Strike just ... didn't get together. I suspect pigs might fly on this occasion but I'd just really rather the books didn't go there.

I do love them though - I thought The Silkworm was great, although I think I liked The Cuckoo's Calling better, although I don't know if there was any reason for that. They're both fun - I look forward to the next! :)
