Some BBC Sherlock WIP Recs

My Sherlock recs list is continuing to amass (this fandom is so wonderfully prolific that I now have about 85 pages worth of to-read links in a Word document, ahahahaha.) Anyway, in the meantime,
emmagrant01 asked for recs of WIPs we’re currently enjoying, so I thought I’d cross-post my answer here while I have the coding done.
I generally enjoy WIPs once they get going. I think somehow they end up getting more comments than stories posted in full, even if comments are just "OMG PLEASE FINISH I WILL DIE IF YOU DON'T!!!" That's my only concern with WIPs, that they might stop at any moment on a cliffhanger and I will go nuts. It's a relationship of pleasure and pain, lol.
Anyway, here are some of my favorites right now:
So please go, read, and join the squeeing with me!

Anyway, here are some of my favorites right now:
greywash's second part of the Good Morrow verse. I assume—I hope!—everyone is reading this. Absolutely phenomenal post-Reichenbach work. And just one chapter to go! *salivates*
- I’m also a bit obsessed with a vampire!Sherlock/werewolf!John AU, the Powerful, Beautiful, and Without Regret series, one part of which is still a WIP, by
song_lin (actually, I love all her work).
- Bird’s Bone by
thesardine, which has some excellent hurt/comfort elements and superb characterization of everyone, but especially Moriarty and Mycroft.
- A brilliant WWII AU, the Long Ago And Far Away series by
lotherington—I literally squeal with joy when I see that this one has been updated.
nightshade1120’s mind-blowing Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy crossover with nuanced portrayals of all the characters in both universes, The Fraternity.
- I adore the idea of Overclocked, a cyber!AU by abundantlyqueer (who is a powerhouse in fandom).
- Chameleon by
velvet_mace. Although I have some minor issues with this one, the plot and world-building is just so engrossing.
- The brilliant
bendingsignpost’s heartbreaking AU of his AUs, which is in this livejournal thread and just keeps growing. I would wait until it’s all posted and complete, but, heh, with this author I just can’t. I just have to know what happens next; it’s a compulsion. (An AU mix of Watches verse, Stranger at the Gate, and Behavioural Modification, which are all fantastic separately and superb together.)
- And finally the hilarious What To Do When Your Flatmate is Homicidal by
hyacinth_sky747, which makes me so ridiculously happy when it's updated. :)
So please go, read, and join the squeeing with me!
