Hullo! I saw your pingback and was interested to look through these. I never thought much about genderswap before this fandom exploded, and suddenly I can't get enough of it. This is a wonderful list, including several I haven't read. Since you asked, I have a few to add, both double genderswaps:
"you remind me of a firework, boy (http://ladyofthelog.livejournal.com/609580.html)" by ladyofthelog is femmeslash with brilliant characterisation and lovely prose, while "In Arduis Fidelis (http://10leaguesbeyond.livejournal.com/37306.html)" by mad_maudlin is gen and deals in a beautiful and understated way with gender roles and assumptions. They're easily two of my favourite Sherlock fics, genderswapped or otherwise.
