I laughed out loud when Legolas ran out of arrows, lolol. I was so delighted.
Yeah, I completely understand why Galadriel was so exhausted, I just didn't like the visual of her needing to be supported at the end, I guess. But really, the fact that she was so worn out just showed how powerful she really is--you're right, doing all that magic and then taking on Sauron and the Nine shows that she's really powerful. But somehow the visual of seeing her winded on the dirty ground upsets me since she usually seems so untouchable.
And since it does carry on, with the future going on with the Ring and the rise of Sauron, it almost can't feel finished, because the larger story isn't finished by the end of this Trilogy.
Yessss, this, totally.
I would adore seeing Peter to take on the Silmarillion--or anyone taking it on, really, as long as they treat it with the same amount of love. But I think there are issues with the Tolkien estate not giving the rights out? I hope they change their mind, because I would love love love to see that onscreen!
