I was so happy when I read the winner's list! Didn't really expect them to win, because it's just that little British show against a whole lot of American big name shows. But it seems even the Emmy's can't ignore any longer how good the show is and how very popular (because that surely plays into the win). I think they decided to go for Martin in the support category so that they could reward both main actors, and the Emmy for Martin also includes his Fargo performance. *g*
